If I don't remember my password. What should I do?
If you forget your password click on “forget your password?”
then fill in your email address, and press on “reset password”.
You will receive an email to reset your password. Click on the link in your email and change your password to something you will remember.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you need an approved wholesale account to see the pricing and place your order on the website.
How do you calculate the shipping cost?
Your shipping cost depends on the weight of your order, the quantity of the boxes, and your shipping address. We always make sure to find the best shipping deal for you.
How many days should I wait for my order?
We are committed to packing your orders as soon as possible on our end. The shipping time depends on your shipping address and the shipping company too. Usually, it takes 4 to 5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. The tracking number and the shipping company are on the invoice that we send you after packing your order. You can easily track your order using your tracking number on the shipping company website.
Also, you can always ask us to track your order for you and send you the details.
Is everything on the website correct?
Although we update our website every day, we can not guarantee that all the products will be accurate all the time. However, we rarely receive orders that we don't have in stock.
However, if we were out of stock for any of the items in your order, we will edit your invoice and remove the “out of stock” products.
How can I pay for my order?
Please choose the "offline payment" option on the website while you check out. When we pack your order, we will send you an invoice through QuickBooks, so you can pay online.
